Victim parent can be sue for negligence!! Nurin parent can be sue for being failing to ensure safety of their daughter. What a surprise news..hehe....seem like we are in Japan where family member can be sue if someone in the family commit suiside...hehe..Our minister of prime minister's department, Nazri said that it was stated in Children Act 2001...
