Every year, there will be moment whereby I will sit down, listen to some sentimental song and recap the journey I have taken....
Today, again the feeling emptiness is around me again....I just dunno why...
For the pass few months since I resign, I had never feel so empty before...
Start with new job, new life and new semester of study....Life become even restless nowadays....Everyday is so routine...Days of jobs and nights of studies seem so routine to me...It was so routine that sometime I get so tired that I don't want to even online or blog...
I gonna move to new house soon...Today I went to my new house and see the renovation work...It was so massive...5 years old house after rented to someone, it turn out that so many things need to be done...It seem like the whole house need to be tear down and rebuilt...
Life so meaningful when I have the chance to choose tiles, choose the door design, choose the paint color and so on....Despite my intention to rebuilt the house my way, I know the final conclusion is the house will be rebuilt my mother way...Anyway, the end it will be our home no matter who make the decision right...As my company had always said, we can always build your dream house but it was us to make it a dream HOME...
Yes HOME....that the BIG WORD in my pass 4 months diary. Home sweet home that the summary of what I wanna write today...
5 months ago, when I tender my resignation letter, not to know that I gonna back to Klang, my home...It have been years I have been residencies outside...I love the freedom and the wildness of staying alone...That for sure...
Now that I stay in house, much that I learn nothing is more perfect that a HOME. Everyday I back just to be welcome by warm meal, nice bed and happiness of being with family...
But work and study seem to disturb my life quite a lot....Everyday I come back just to see my parent worry fast...They are worried that I always back at 10 or 11pm....I arrive home with cold dishes...No thanks to my afternoon class that keep on accumulate and accumulate.....it become even worst nowadays...
Sometime when I look back, it seem more easy for me to stay outside...No need parent to worry, no need renovate new house so I can fit inside and so on....but now it seem that there is no turn back point...
Anyway life is great now....too great that now I am part of a HOME....

No Time
I like Money not enough show but one thing I hate the most is Time not enough...
Frankly I have no time to do a lot of things nowadays eventhough now I am having a much relax job. Juggling between work and attending ACCA P2 class extremely difficult especially ACCA class itself took me at least 3 classes in a week and this week it seem like we have total 5 day classes...
Yesterday when I was speeding like mad to the college during the raining day, a Toyota Innova overtake me. At that point of time I already speed about 120km/h in NKVE... The car speed and overtake me in split second. After about 4 seconds from overtaking me, her car was 'buang' and turn few round before it stop. As for me, I am so fortunate that I manage to escape from hitting it as my fast responce manage to avoid the whole scenario...It was like escape from the hell gate....or better heaven gate....hehe...Sad for few cars behind me, they unable to brake on time and hit one another.
Lesson to learn, I better be late than speeding...
Turning up at P2 class just to realise that I do not do Ms Menon work is same like a pig walking into a slaughter house....Everyone get scold and I know that she will picked me to answer her question... I immediately walk out of her class and let the time pass before entering into the class.
Lesson to learn, I better do homework before class...
But again 24 hours seem so limited....9 hours in office, 2 hours for traveling period, 4 hours in class, 6 hours for sleeping and remaining 3 hours will be for eating, bathing and some reading...Could it be enough?
How good if god create less day but with more time...Let said 250 days for 25 hours!!!Hehe...crazy thought!!

Third stage of life
It has been awhile since i start new job and I still consider myself as not quite stable in my employment yet...
For me employment is the third stage of our life after our childhood and teenagers stage... For some this is totally a transition shock, and for some they just wish they will stuck in teenager stage forever...
During childhood time, we are stress free, nothing will bother us...We worry nothing about money, we frustrate nothing about relationship, we not even care if the world is going to burst tomorrow...That how children life is....Full of freedom, free of worries, enjoyable, fun and full of energy...
During teenager stage, we worry for studies but we still naive. We progress and keep on improve....we face some challenges involving relationship, friendship and start to worry about money. We have simply stress but we move on….We think nothing much but to maximize our life with fun and entertainment
But then come the third stage of our life. Being adult life is 180 degree changes. We worry for a lot of things. We need to be independent. We need to be financial secure. We need to achieve our target and so on. We have so many things to worry and decision to make. That is why some might not be able to face these changes during transition period…
Yes indeed in this world there is lot of people who still act like kids even they are 20s or 30s…Or for some we call them kidult.
This few days I am been asking myself am I ready or am I not…I seem stuck in my teenager stage whereby I hope I do not need to worry so much. But it seem impossible because the life just have to goes on despite I try to deny this reality…
Life had never been easy to divide into job, study, family and friends. Attending class almost every weekend and sometime weekdays, attending job 9 hours per day and maybe more, just to arrive back for dinner and some chat with family before when to bed and another new days is yet to come. If there is bad time in office, the whole week will turn sour and meaningless. If there is additional class, time seem so limited for your own self. How good if we have not to worry about this…
But life is just like clock, whether you want or not, you must move on…Yes move on and change your life…Move on and change!!!
Today I awake! I gonna change too…I gonna change to be less talkative, more analytical and more careful…You too can change!!! Let change!!!

My eye is filled with shit…
The Hokkien have a saying that ‘eye filled with shit’ which mean someone was blinded that they can’t see something correctly….
In our life, we might have been using this word many many time to describe the events whereby you trusted someone and that person betray you….You buy something, but the thing end up to be useless and so on…
But what make us angry is when we are ‘BLIND’ when we come to trusting people. God made human into two sides, the angel and the devil. It is not an easy task to differentiate a human whether he/she is good or bad and sometime we use our own judgment, feeling and experience when come to judging people. Despite a long period of 21 going to 22 years of living in the planet of earth, sometime I do feel I have problem in judging human being. Human are one of the complex animal and yet we human try to add more complexity in the life.
You trust your friend that he/she will deliver his/her promise, but he/she didn’t…
You trust your date that he/she will turn up but he/she ffk instead…
Life is a long and tough journey. Why shall we make it even tougher?

I just too sad....
Frankly speaking, I really start to neglect this blog....It was so difficult to find a sweet time and slowly express what I really want to write. Even my camera is dying off due to long retirement in my cupboard....
Today is never a good day nor would it seem to improve day to come....This week is full of challenges and nothing come smooths except the surpising ACCA result. Others seem to be a disaster in my life....which I have no mood to even blog about it...

Memory down the lane....
Dated 5 years back, we saw each other faces for the very first time...
After a year of pre-u studies, we splits to persuade what we dream of...
And yesterday, we finally manage to gather back although not all but majority of the J4A1 classmate in a very meanigful night...
Start with Sizzling hot and stuffy Steamboat and Barbeque Buffet at Hoi Tong and then 'low sang' at Yen Thoong house and finally having endless fun whole night long will for sure be the sweetest memory for most of us.
Why not? especially friends that we had never met for years like Ying Fei, Fong Yeah, Ooi Mei, Hooi Chia (hope I spell it correctly) and Evonne....
Although it was a short night, but it was memory down the lane...of strong bonding friendship of J4A1....
Many Thanks to those who drive from as far as Seremban and Kuantan just for the meaningful night....Those who squeeze precious time from busy schedule to be part of the attendee. .....Shyan Hui who still called the friends to attend this events although been hospitalize during CNY.....Yen Thoong whose willingly allow us to mess up the house.....and everyone for the who really turn out this time.... 33 people is a record breaking. Hopefully next year all will be able to attend... See ya next year!!! Happy Chap Goh Mei

I lost something on me....
I lose something.... but i cannot figure out what was it...
Since December last year, I have lost interest on updating the blog. Everytime I wrote pages and pages of posting but ended up deleting it. I just don't know....
I lost my ability to write also...Sometime I can't even complete a sentences for my posting. Why? Why?
Maybe what some of my friend saying is correct. I have nothing better to do rather than writting for ghost to see...hehe...
Anyway...Bored! That the only word.... I ignore posting about Chinese New Year that I experience.... I ignore about my gathering with friends..... I ignore posting what I suppose to post....

I am so 'ACCA'
U see, promoting an ACCA courses is much easier than studying ACCA...I use to promote ACCA so badly that almost everyday I will mention ACCA...But what heppen know is that I realise ACCA is not as easy as what I always think about...
During those days in Uni, everyone call me Mr ACCA for one good reason...I wear ACCA t-shirt almost everyday...Frankly not everyday la but about 3 time per week...This is because I got too many ACCA t-shirt with me and it is free and the quality is quite good....I know lot of UTARian end up wearing the shirt as pyjamas...But me and some of the society do somehow create a trend in UTAR by wearing ACCA shirt on certain day and make it like a fashion.
The word 'I choose to stand out' in the simple t-shirt had somehow become famous after few semester and without realizing quite a number of student start to wear it to Pasar Malam near our hostel and even to the university...What an easy way of promoting ACCA in my uni, wasn't it....
But I personally never realise I snap so many photo of myself wearing this ACCA shirt. I wear this shirt almost in every occassion...

I am so silly!!
Today I accidentally click into a folder call 'memory' in my harddisk....Then I accidentally click on the 'silly folder' then I am so shock!
I am shock that I am such a childish, silly and funny person....Basically I always appear very innocent and decent in front of everyone....I am a mature person when come to all junior....I am happy go lucky person when come to society activity (not to mention very proud...hehe)....and most importantly no people had ever addressed me as silly and childish until today I found that I am not just childish but damm silly...
Undeniable, time in UTAR was one of the most enjoyable times....Sometime in the peak of frustration due to deadline of infinite assignment, crunching time for exam and head banging experience in thesis, we always have some moment of silliness and stupidity
I just wanna post some funny moment we have in Uni or college as remembrance of our 1 year graduation anniversary.
When come to this stupid act, normally I was either been FORCE to do so or I been snap accidentally when performing some silly things…
First thing that very silly is this Doggy moment….I still remember it happen during the final semester study week. 3 Desperate students are happily study with their dog until it is so bored that they are acting funny with it….
This picture took during the graduation photo taking 3 weeks before the final exam….Our class rap make sure everyone look handsome and pretty for the photo session so she put on make up on me….and see how funny is the hang of gals behind me….
This photo is taken during stressful mid term period whereby a guy is focusing on his note with ISABELA….How adorable is this guy….. (by the way, just to clarify that this is not me)
Talking about silly, Mr Strawberry Bing is the craziest person so he always do funny funny things. And I never know the reason why my room is so famous so most of the funny photo was taken in my room!!!
This is me been force to wear a hair band….and normally when my roommate is not around someone else will occupied my BED!!! So sometime I do study on my roommate bed (as I never use table to study in house)….Notice the word zzzz sleep beside the bed….It was suppose to be reminder for my roommate to sleep….Wakaka….funny right…
Ok la....that all for the time being....Will upload more funny photo soon...hehe

Dubai vs World
I am a mad fella when come to building, architectural and interior design (though my room look like rubbish). For that reason, I do keep myself updated about the new building structure and design and making sure I was well updated with the newest building ranking (tallest building, best property developer, etc etc...). With this simple fond interest, I joined SP Setia as it was one of the pioneers in so call the “designer house” where each house has its own characteristic and nice design.
Dubai is a place famous for its architectural design and technology. In 1990, Dubai, a land with almost nothing is now growing like no body business. Is like what the Chinese said, ‘like bamboo shoot growing after the rain’ or simply what we all call as mushrooming crazily.
Frankly speaking, I think Dubai is places for crazy fella like me who have deep interest on building….Who don’t? Don’t you think those small model houses are so cute and lovely?
Dubai is now a well integrated city with almost everything under the roof. They have the tallest building in the world (Burj Dubai). And to make sure no other country surpass this title, Dubai wil have another taller structure (Al-Burj) going to take the place of Burj Dubai. Yes! Dubai is going to have 1st and 2nd Tallest Building dude!!! While other country are trying to beat this height, it is now seem impossible. The height goes as high as 1200m...
Wondering the hot climate in Dubai is going to spoil the mood of tourist? Worry no more, the new Dubai Ski, one of the largest ski arenas is there and if you have not enough, try the newest refrigerated beach…A beach specialized man make to enable the temperature control by the computer…Great!
Dubailand, the integrated theme park double the size of Disneyland…Is that awesome?
Row and row of high rise building at Dubai’s street will turn human as small as an ant. There is over hundred of building with more than 70 storeys high.
If you think your leg can help you in shopping at Midvalley, be sure you can do that also in Dubai Mall, World Largest Shopping Mall
Dubai also already has the Palm shaped island, a human made island that can be visible from the space and what the crazy things is that they don’t just have one, nor two but three palm shaped man made island!
and if that is not enough, how about 300 man build island shaped to the map of the world!!! 
Dubai waterfront is the largest waterfront development ever built.
But all this things come with a high tag price. Besides from the billion, trillion or maybe zillion amount of investment, it also comes with high risk of global warming. The energy consumption and use of natural resources seem to be threatening.
While most country are moving to greener building just like SP Setia Eco Park that use solar generated panel,
Dubai seem to be moving another way. Imagine how much energy is use to refrigerate a beach? How about how many glasses use in the high rise building that will generate unnecessary heat in the earth. If Petronas twin tower is once argued for not environmental friendly as used too many glasses, how about Dubai? Dubai man made island also destroy the original landscape of the earth and Dubai underwater hotel might destroy the ecosystem of the sea. 
So much to argue, that even the firework display during the opening ceremony of Jumeirah Beach hotels lately which claim to be visible from the moon is also consider one of the reason why Dubai is consider to be not global warming conscious.
So much as the structure and design that amaze me, so much more that I am concern about the earth climate. Bravo to Dubai, Boo to Dubai as well.
Here are some ideas on making Dubai a more sustainable city. Since Dubai is so rich, and is located along the beaches, why not use wave power generation to generate electricity. Hot weather mean lot of sunlight, so go green by using solar power. Each building should have a solar panel to generate power. Wind generator can be added to the roof top of all building and places near the beach. Beside from its usefulness to generate electric it can also be an attraction….
Though glass on tall building can cause global warming, hopefully it can reduce the electricity consumption as there is no need so much lighting during the day. Water feature such as fountain should be use as natural cooler rather than air-condition.

Dubai does amaze me. A land with nothing much at the beginning been transforming to a heaven for the rich. Investment from all over the world pouring into Dubai making Dubai a successful and great city after all. So looking back at what they have in 20 years, what we in Malaysia have? Yup, our only pride is Petronas Twin Tower, the ex-tallest building in the world….We so proud that even it was not the tallest building ever build in mankind history but we are still the tallest twin tower in the world…awaiting Dubai to broke this title… While Dubai have Dubailand we have our new Legoland in JB…Legoland? never heard before?...We have once the best F-1 race circuit and self-proclaim best F1 race circuit till now as if to compare to Singapore cost saving on the road F1….
So the end what else we have since all our collection seem losing their title….Yeah! We still have our proud and pride of the nation!

Dubai is a place famous for its architectural design and technology. In 1990, Dubai, a land with almost nothing is now growing like no body business. Is like what the Chinese said, ‘like bamboo shoot growing after the rain’ or simply what we all call as mushrooming crazily.
Frankly speaking, I think Dubai is places for crazy fella like me who have deep interest on building….Who don’t? Don’t you think those small model houses are so cute and lovely?
Dubai is now a well integrated city with almost everything under the roof. They have the tallest building in the world (Burj Dubai). And to make sure no other country surpass this title, Dubai wil have another taller structure (Al-Burj) going to take the place of Burj Dubai. Yes! Dubai is going to have 1st and 2nd Tallest Building dude!!! While other country are trying to beat this height, it is now seem impossible. The height goes as high as 1200m...
Wondering the hot climate in Dubai is going to spoil the mood of tourist? Worry no more, the new Dubai Ski, one of the largest ski arenas is there and if you have not enough, try the newest refrigerated beach…A beach specialized man make to enable the temperature control by the computer…Great!
Dubailand, the integrated theme park double the size of Disneyland…Is that awesome?
Row and row of high rise building at Dubai’s street will turn human as small as an ant. There is over hundred of building with more than 70 storeys high.

Dubai also already has the Palm shaped island, a human made island that can be visible from the space and what the crazy things is that they don’t just have one, nor two but three palm shaped man made island!
and if that is not enough, how about 300 man build island shaped to the map of the world!!! 
Dubai waterfront is the largest waterfront development ever built.
But all this things come with a high tag price. Besides from the billion, trillion or maybe zillion amount of investment, it also comes with high risk of global warming. The energy consumption and use of natural resources seem to be threatening.
While most country are moving to greener building just like SP Setia Eco Park that use solar generated panel,
Dubai seem to be moving another way. Imagine how much energy is use to refrigerate a beach? How about how many glasses use in the high rise building that will generate unnecessary heat in the earth. If Petronas twin tower is once argued for not environmental friendly as used too many glasses, how about Dubai? Dubai man made island also destroy the original landscape of the earth and Dubai underwater hotel might destroy the ecosystem of the sea. 
So much to argue, that even the firework display during the opening ceremony of Jumeirah Beach hotels lately which claim to be visible from the moon is also consider one of the reason why Dubai is consider to be not global warming conscious. So much as the structure and design that amaze me, so much more that I am concern about the earth climate. Bravo to Dubai, Boo to Dubai as well.
Here are some ideas on making Dubai a more sustainable city. Since Dubai is so rich, and is located along the beaches, why not use wave power generation to generate electricity. Hot weather mean lot of sunlight, so go green by using solar power. Each building should have a solar panel to generate power. Wind generator can be added to the roof top of all building and places near the beach. Beside from its usefulness to generate electric it can also be an attraction….
Though glass on tall building can cause global warming, hopefully it can reduce the electricity consumption as there is no need so much lighting during the day. Water feature such as fountain should be use as natural cooler rather than air-condition.
