Tanjung Sepat 1 day tour

The long awaited holiday is finally here and I took the advantage to go for a short tour away from busy city with my buddy, Yen Thoong, Choi Ling, Fook Weng and Ken Yap..

The journey start with simple breakfast of roti canai and teh tarik in Klang follow by long journey to Morib Beach.

Morib Beach is still a busy beach full with people. Maybe that was the nearest beach from the town. As usual, the water is dirty, muddy and smelly.

Then we have a very bumpy road into a longan plantation. We were welcome with superb aroma of longan came naturally from the longan tree itself.

Third place we go is to Hong Seng Bay Seafood Restaurant in Tanjung Sepat. We have a good lunch there so do catch up the meal we eat at http://www.harkausiewmai.blogspot.com(to be updated soon)

Then we headed to the lover bridge. It was a normal bridge to embarking the catch of the day from the fisherman boat....Maybe the residence there find it so romantic that they call it a lover bridge.

Next stop is Gano Farm, a place where mushroom and lingzi is planted. We spend about 20 minutes there before proceed to another destination.

Next destination is the Hai Yew Heng Pau shop...It was a big disappointment to us as we were told to pre-order before we come. If we were to wait, our queue will only come after 6 hours. So we decided not to buy any pau and go ahead to next stop.

Arowana Tapioca chips and cookies factory is our next stop. Buses of visitors cramped the small factory.

Next we visited another beaches which is much cleaner than Morib. It is call Bagan Lalang. I saw the Golden Palm beach villa that shaped like the Dubai Palm Island. It is just magnificent.

Last we headed to Dragon Fruit and Passion Fruit plantation.

We end our journey with Bah Kut Teh in Klang and inquiry about DSLR camera from Aeon Bukit Tinggi. Just wish I do have the money for that!!!

All this trip is make possible with Yen Thoong new toy, the GPS that enable us to find the place without getting lost...

Broga Hill

Broga Hill or Bukit Lalang is a nice hill in Semenyih. I really enjoy the scenery there...

The climb wasn't that tough but i have to admit that I do not have the stamina to climb up the hill in fast pace....I do took some break to ensure my heart wasn't jumping too fast that it will burst...haha...

I just love the greenish grass and lalang there....Can't find it anywhere in KL anymore!!!

I just hope I got DSL camera as everyone climbing the hills with one main purpose which is snapping photo!!!! and sadly to say, we might be the only team gearing with digital camera on top of the hill...

Anyway, we enjoy our climbing and bit of jungle trekking......

Do catch up with our lunch story at www.harkausiewmai.com

more photo coming up soon....

Only God can decide

In my whole life, I never see people so bossy

In my whole life, I never see people can tell lies with his eye open widely

In my whole life, I never see people accusing others without evidence

In my whole life, I never see people that are so difficult to communicate

In my whole life, I never see people that are so difficult to work with

In my whole life, I never see people that wear multiple masks at the same time

In my whole life, I never see people that are so irresponsible

In my whole life, I never see people that are so bias

In my whole life, I never see people that never respect people but expect whole world to respect him

In my whole life, I never see people that can talk and talk non stop for days but nothing good come out from the mouth.

In my whole life, I never see people so racist

In my whole life, I never see people so discriminating

In my whole life, I never have been so patient for a person! Tolerance had its limit. I don’t know when I will erupt…But yet I been patient…and will be patient

Because I know, only god will decide the next life of a person!

And

Only god can decide whose days will be numbered.

Mistery of Andy Lau...

Days after news of Andy Lau maybe the person hiding under hundred of silver umbrella during Chu's funeral, today news break out saying Andy Lau to marry Carol Chu within 100 days as per Chinese Custom....True or Not? I not sure....

Here goes the story coverage

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 24, 2009) : Hongkong superstar Andy Lau, whose relationship with his Malaysian girlfriend of 24 years, Carol Chu, came under intense media scrutiny over the weekend following the death of Chu's father, is to wed Carol within 100 days.

According to a report today in Sin Chew Daily, which quoted a reporter from the Singapore Chinese evening daily Lianhe Wabao, Lau who flew into Malaysia to attend the funeral of Carol's father has promised the Chus to marry her according to the Chinese tradition to fulfil the senior Chu's last wish.

According to the report, a close family members had told the reporter in an interview that Lau, who was accompanied by Carol and their daughter, felt he owed his "father-in-law" an explanation and after consulting the Chus decided to hold a wedding reception within 100 days in accordance with Chinese tradition (which dictates that Carol must wed within 100 days of her father's death or wait until after three years).

The family member also told the reporter that it was decided that all ang pows collected at the wedding reception will be donated to charity, in particular the funds for Typhoon Morakot victims in Taiwan.

It is learnt that Carol was the apple of her father's eyes and Lau had during the registration of his marriage to Carol in Canada in the early 90s had promised the senior Chu a proper salutation for her.

Lau, who has never openly admitted Carol is his love, managed to elude some 40 local and Hongkong paparazzi at the funeral.

The tale of goldfish

Life is like goldfish in the bowl (i hear this from radio)

Sometime we need to be alone...so we can relook into what have happen to the past and plan for our future

Some time we just want to come out from the crowded area so we have personal time, personal area, personal lifestyle

Sometime we like our shadow but sometime we are scared of our very own shodow...Is confusion stage of life...But life is full of confusion anyway....Shadow will follow us anyway...

Sometime we are so in love that we are so blinded by the sweetness of love till we forgot that there is also other 'love' around!

Sometime we change and change...For better of worst, we still change everyday

Sometime we have enemy but because we have more friend than enemy, we feel no fear in the world
And in life, we take risk by doing extraordinary things to be stand out. Who knows the fortune waiting for us outside...

Funny

Famine

It was 4 hours before the Famine 30 started.

Famine 30 is dedicated to raise awareness to the public on the starvation face by many children in the world and also raise fund to help those children.

Some may have known that I had dedicated small portion of my salary to fund a children in Myanmar. Same goes to Nicholas and Ken Yap....But money contribution is just not enough....We should put on more effort in helping them...

This is why I do sometime promote World Vision on my blog hoping more youngsters will participate as well.

All of us are very fortunate to have enough food, proper clothing, a good shelter, a proper internet connection (if not you won’t able to read my blog then) and many more. But not all are as fortunate as us. Some struggle to survive every second of their life.

Unlike natural disaster such as tsunami, earthquake or volcano, starvation had never been reported in news or make known to public. Most of the time, this crisis have no reporting value and is harden by political barrier.

Some isolated part of Africa region struggle to find even clean water. Many children had die due to pollution and water contamination. Draught in China and Africa forces children to starvation and poverty.

Political instability and natural disaster causing Myanmar and Sri Lanka children unable to attend classes and working underage to find 3 meals a day….or even less than 3 meals a day…

If we got the power, wouldn’t we do something about it? It maybe too late to register for Famine 30 now, but move ahead everyone…..Sponsor a child….Stop starvation…The world can be a better place…

To my Muslim reader, Selamat Berpuasa….

To others, I do hope we do puasa for this 30 hours for a good course as well…

My sidebar photo

Reader of my blog will notice a long list of photos on the sidebar of my blog. It was all the memory that I have during my life especially during the college and university time.

Looking back at those photos really make me feel wanna go back study and forget about work.

Life as students are full of adventure and fun....especially during the final year...
We handle stress in our own way, teasing each other, making fun of each other, and sometime even msn among the housemate although they are just few metres away from us!

Life is more meaningful when we gossip each other whole night long, cook pan mee together and eat spagetti with candle light...

Even there is lot of tests, presentations, courseworks, thesis, exams and even tons of homeworks, it doesn't seem to bother us. Though we stay up during midnight rushing for the assignment, the joy and fun is something we enjoy so much.

Looking back on my picture folder, i realised how childish I am, how stupid I am and how different I am.

Looking back at my pre-university picture, I can't help but to laugh my mushroom hair....how we all look so innocent and naive....I only can say that we are now much older now!

I am trying to clear away my picture folder as it accomodate 99% of my harddisk now and I could not help but to laugh till my tear drop on some photo that I never ever show to anyone and I have been asked not to make it public! I wonder should I break the rules now!!!

I also accidentally discover some video in my photo folder that remind me of some stupid video we capture especially when we go hysteria during our assignment....Some of the highlight video are "Kuai Tian La, wo yiau niua niua la".... I believe Jamie and Jenny understand which video i talking about....I can't show u here because if I do, Jenny will run after me with parang tomorrow! I found out that Jenny has quite a lot of video including the magic show of turning 10 ringgit to 70 ringgit....

I do miss some of the time in the pass...

I miss Ah Kau, Brownie what ever the dog is call....

I miss Ah Wan Ah Kat....

I miss sponge cake with cream and tomato ketchup

i miss Mamak'ing under the tree

I miss sleeping in living room while gossiping about 'Ah Ka'

I miss supper at Mc D during study week!

I regreted taking stupid video on Ms Number 4....which i could not find back the video....Jamie....please make a copy for me.....

Another failure

My blog started in April 2007, probably the most desperate time in my whole life. At that point of time, I have successfully organize all event in the society and ready to let go my position but was also the time whereby I will face the most difficult exam in my life in UTAR. Without proper preparation and tough time revising my exam, i feel like i am so hopeless.

A month after that, I noticed my first failure in my exam, probably the first failure in main exam. I accept with my heart and soul. I remember the journey from Malacca to Kuala Lumpur alone which fill with disappointment, sadness and despair. I abandoned my thesis mate in Malacca to enable me to focus on my resit examination.

2 years later, I got feeling that this will again happen to me. Why not? Is ACCA and not degree this time…I am prepare for more failure to come. After 6 months of classes and thousand of $ invested, I come out hopeless from the exam hall knowing no people can help me to pass this time. Though, I still put high hope to pass this paper.

12.23 noon today, I saw an email at my Gmail account indicating my result is out. My heart is pumping faster and faster and my fingers just resist me from pressing on the email. I know what my result will be but still I put some hope in it. After months of begging to the god to ensure a smooth passing, I know my failure this time is far more worst that even God of Mercy can’t help me anymore.

P2, probably stand for Paper No. 2 to fail. Yeah. Maybe…..

2nd failure and I feel it less painful from my previous failure in degree. But I just don’t understand why I am so emotional now. To me it was more to disappointment rather than sadness.

After 6 months of time and money invested, it comes to the same square end and I have to study again. Wtf!!!

I dedicated this blog as place I voice out my sadness during the starting point but with more reader now, I can’t go public and shout out my sadness…probably this is the one and only post where I show my sadness!!!

Rest in peace P2…..i shall visit you again this December.

Angry Drive

Yesterday there is riot in KL and the government predict losses of up to 100 million....What ever happen, I don't understand why in other country riot doesn't seem to bother them and the protester can match so freely while in Malaysia our "very busy" police have to do road block, helicopter is seen flying here and there, the FRU splashing water and shooting tear gases and ambulance and bomba is ready to pick up any casualty.... Why can't it be peaceful protest....

But what make me more angry is my lovely Saturday turn into nightmare. I have classes on early morning and thus I purposely go out earlier so I can arrive a bit early to the class and have a brief breakfast before the class. To my horror, I was stuck in a road block in Klang itself. The 200 metres jams seem to be the worst I could ever experience. It took me 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete the 200 metres which I believe if I run it will only take me less than 1 minutes.

But that was not the thing I am angry about. I am angry that the police narrow the highway from 4 lanes to 1 lane and about 7 policemen was talking to each other or on the phone and NONE of them is bother to even check our car! What the !@#"!?!!!!.....Why would them block the road and didn't even bother to look at our car, then better don't block it!...

I also don't understand why can't they maintain the 4 lanes since they have 7 policemen which I don't think we need all of them to check on each car....I can't imagine if I was rushing for exam yesterday...If I did, for sure I will curse them forever....But I pity the wedding car beside me which on the way to pick up the his beloved wife....For sure the bride will be waiting angrily....

After my class about 5.30pm, I resume my journey to KL to meet my friend. Normally the protest will had already ended so I predict a smooth drive. To my horror, I was again stuck for 2 hour and 40 minutes of road block from old klang road to mid valley area....Frankly, at that moment I really feel like asking all car which stuck on the road to honk as protest to road block....I was damm pissed off by then that i keep on cursing the four letter words.....

My lovely saturday just end up in the drain and I was totally moodless when I saw my friend. Why not? my leg was so painful for keep on pressing the car break....

I just hope by next protest or any riot, there will not be any road block....Protest freely and peacefully and don't spoilt any infrastucture. Be a responsible citizen and government too have to be a responsible government!!!!

Happy Night

It was 2 am in the morning and I have class after this...Though my eye was sore now and sleepy but I am very happy...

I have a small gathering with my old friend who I knew them since primary school and we have a great chat about our past. Frankly, life pass very fast and when we recap back our life, so many things had happen.

We update ourselves with news of long lost friends and notice some had even got married and some have even pass away without our notice. I feel that I am such a terrible friend....

I saw some long long lost contact friend in the mamak and I can't even remember their name. It was quite a time since we really met. I have been very close with my uni mate and become more and more apart from my primary and secondary school mate. Now everyone had grown up and now all is already in the working world.

Human does change and I really hear about true story of how people life change within such a short period. I was in deed missed out from all the news that happen to my Klang friend. None do I know that some have go into financial trouble and some have a miserable love life.

We laugh whole night remembering our innocent, naive and childish behaviour we had back in schooling time and knowing all the past will remain history.

We talk about how PTS have change our life so badly in term of good and bad way. I don't know should I blame Najib for introducing PTS back in 1996 and I was the first badge of student who affected. Glad that I can skip one year studies, I also regret how this have change my life miserably and also in good way.

PTS have end us into a path whereby we live in community whereby everyone is older than us at least one year. Our mindset do have some clash...but we manage to adapt. PTS also end us into many trouble. I remember I cannot register for PMR exam as the Education Minister have lost our information. Some of us ending registering PMR test using our birth certificate. Same goes to SPM exam. Some of my friend also find their hard way to secure Form 6 classes as their name was not in the list of ministry of education. A check with the ministry review all first batch PTS student have lost their education data which I believe might be bad. Frankly, up to date, there is no certificate or document from the ministry to proved that I am a PTS student. It was a disaster when I enter university and finding job whereby everyone will be asking the very same question: Why are you so young? You are genius ar? I also find out that I was not eligible for college due to my age!!!

But PTS have change my life totally different that if I do not skip my primary 4, I might not come across so many memorable experience. I might not know friends that I currently know and I might not end up with the life I am having now...

Story aside...tonight I do have a great night. It was a night where I am so free to talk...I feel everyone was so original and do not need to pretend and we chat like old childish buddy. Maybe work environment had change me to and introvert, silently and not active, I am now finding a more motivation on myself.

I just hope everynight can be just like tonight. Where we no need to wear a mask and pretending....Life is so good to be ourselves....and I am myself when I am with my family and friends!!!

The life that I want

We can plan, we can execute but only god will know the future result…

I always wanted an easy life. Simple and relax. What life means to me is I have financial freedom and time freedom. Open a small business probably a small chalet in an beautiful island, welcome the guest and make them happy. Listening to the sound of wave hitting the white powdery sand with early sunrise is the complete life for me.

I could have taken sometime travelling in backpack from country to country without worrying about money. Gear with a good SLR camera and laptop, I wish to travel to all country and experience the culture and wonders that they can offer.

Once a while, take a short break in cafeteria, observing people lifestyle. Far away from hectic lifestyle and enjoy a good cuppa coffee.

Once a while, went for jungle trekking, hill climbing and maybe exploring the wonder of caves that Mother Nature can provide.

I also wish to go fishing in open sea, scuba diving into the great reef appreciating the sea habitats.

Walk with the nature of wildlife such as cute kangaroo, koala bear and maybe giraffe in their natural habitat. Observing lion guarding its territories and how hippopotamus and wild alligator may live together.

Take some short return to country to check the chalet business and be with family. That sound really great. Have a good vacation with family to cultural places like China and back to our origin village somewhere in Fujian. See the different of Macau, Hong Kong and Taiwan with family is something everyone wishes to do.

Hopefully chalet business is working well, and I can have stable income. I shall continue journey with adventure of bungee jump and high speed roller coaster.

Going to historical places admire beautiful sculpture, building design and appreciate what history have brought us today. See the heritage culture, show and performances. Once a while accompany parent for a show of opera or oldies concert will be quite entertaining as well. Not forgetting catch up with friends with latest gossip and movies screening.

Morning, waking up with dim sum and newspaper overlooking an old but sleepless city is my dream breakfast. Simple lunch with friend after some shopping frees and dinner with love one should complete the day.

For some free time in the year, I shall take some cruise and do some small gambling for entertainment and relax to the maximum.

Enjoy wonderful food all around the world, take a good snap shoot at each corner of the world before I retire my life and spent whole life in my very sweet chalet welcoming guest everyday.

That is the life I dream off.

Yes, is like Alice in wonderland. Maybe it will be dream forever, but what dream can bring us in the future, no body knows. Only god knows. For time being, we just do what we suppose to do and plan for our life. We plan, we execute and hopefully one day, the god know and make the dream came true.

For now, i have to satisfied with small digital camera, hectic working life and study life....while patiently waiting for my very next vacation....or in other way, hoping to strike lottery!!!!
