A town that I call “jail”, a country that I call “bank”
Bandar Mahkota Cheras had been a town debated over and over again. It was a fabulous town, calm and perfect for family living. However, the access road was terrible and worst. It became even worst because it does not just affect Mahkota Cheras residents but it had causes other nearby township to suffer.
Every morning, the car is queuing like a dragon starting from Batu 11 toll up to Bandar Sg Long or Mahkota Cheras itself. The weird things is that this incident didn’t happen if Mahkota Cheras wasn’t there at the first place as the huge township have no access road and have to use other township road to get to the town.
The question is why the developer didn’t build a road to connect to the highway? The answer is they did…Then the next question is why don’t the residents use the road instead? The answer is because the road had never been open. The next question popped up would be “How stupid is the developer to build but not open the road? Build to pai sui ar?” Ok…not for pai sui or decoration but because the greedy highway don’t allow the developer to open the road…..SO…..
So…this is what I call, got home, nice home but no different as a jail….No way out, no way in…so difficult…
Yet life is also difficult with more and more things expected to increase. Early this year when the election fever is burning hot, everyone expecting after election, price of things will start to increase...and yeah baby, it was now the time…Subsidy for a lot of things had been pulled out. Now rice had increase and almost all place where we eat, the price is no longer the same. Eggs, flour and other essential groceries is expected to increase in near future. With subsidy withdraw from RapidKL, LRT and buses fare is presume to be increase by next few weeks. Petrol will surely increase by this year as the government are now re-examine the fuel subsidy policy. One things is everything increase and yet one essential things that never increase was our salary, our bank deposit interest and other source of income…So where did all those money when to if we the rakyat getting poorer and poorer, the businessmen complaint that they never earn much, the government not enough fund…So where the money flow to?? Foreign country or official that been bribe till the stomach is full? We dunno…But thanks to someone we gonna get free water soon in Selangor….so at least can reduce burden for the poor…Water is such a essential for us….Right now before we take dishes at mix rice stall, we also need to think twice or maybe triple time before take those dishes as it will cost higher than you have expected…I wonder how come they still put there “economy rice” in their stall when the price wasn’t that economical also…haiz…

Sea, Sand, Sunshine.
Looking at Kenny Sia Blog post about his vacation to Tioman brings back my memory of a year ago when I first visited Tioman. I still remember where all my classmate are rushing and squeezing themselves to Redang island, me and bunch of friend (actually only 4 of us) headed to Tioman Island. It was a nice and beautiful island and full of coral and fishes. Of course, not all diving and snorkeling spot are beautiful but at least I saw magnificent coral which was better than what photographed by Kenny Sia. It really remind me of how relax and fun I am during the short visit.
Now, with hectic work lifestyle, I always dream of a long holiday at the beach side and relax. October seem to be still long way to go...I had purchase flight ticket to Phuket in middle of October. I really hope I can have a real relaxation, enjoying spa, close my eye and listen to the sound of wave and feel the breeze from the sea. Some may said the sound of wave was horrible, like the sound of tsunami, but for me who never experience tsunami, I personnally feel it was relaxing.
Able to step into an island which was once a place almost destroy by mother nature and seen lot of lost of life, I believe I will be more appreciate what I see. My journey to Phuket is so near yet so far. Hope by the time I departing to the island, I still can have the holiday mood. I really want a holiday now!
Phuket, I will be there soooooooooooner.....Wait for me ya....and for now, dream remain dream and reality was in front of me...Work Work Work....Stop dreaming...Dream when October is here....

Help China...
Just days after everyone start collecting donation for Myanmar, we were now all busy to collect fund to help the needy in China. Lot of people are asking why people had forgot poorer country, the Myanmar and go ahead to China. Of course, the donation to Myanmar was a bit difficult due to the country political issue and need to be bribe. But of course, i do believe what we had donated can arrive on their hand now.
On the other hand, our focus now was to China. The unexpected earthquake had lead to loss of life and property. Lot of children become orphanage and those victim lost their shelter. The cold weather gonna come soon and the victim will be suffering.
They need our help. They need shelter. They need food. The need medicine. What more important they also need our support. Lets pray for them.

Rojak Posting
It had been a long time, i never blog...So here I am to make it alive...
I had been sick and busy on training last week. Today I took my very first Medical leave in my working history....Hooray...another record broke...hahaha...
Nothing much to blog anyway, just some interesting fact to tell ya....
When I was in Sg Long, there is a tremor that shock all my condo and I was still sleeping like a pig...My friend wanna drag me down but i still joke with him that dun be silly, Malaysia dun have eartquake...So the next day, news reported tremor feel in Malaysia and they even show my condo....OK Ok... what people said is, you won't learn a lesson if you dun feel it yet...Today again, my new area been reported in national TV for being feeling the earthquake tremor....What a shock...
So i guess, Malaysia can no longer underestimate the mother nature again....I still believe one day, the earthquake will happen in Malaysia, so better be prepared...
OK...My roommate was off to Sabah for audit and same goes to my housemate so the house was so empty and bored...haha...Hope it would be a good time to rest....K la...need to rest so i can heal my sickness...hehe..

Happy Mother's Day
Every single human life starts from the mother's body. 9 months inside the mom body, our mom give us warm protection and nutrient we need. When it was time for us to come out and see the world, our mom, undergo pain just to deliver us out. When we were small, mom was the one who take care of us, prepare breakfast, cook lunch and dinner and ensure we have the perfect life. AND YET, what we as the son and daughter can do is to repay back them back by becoming a good child and take care of them when they were old. Sadly, one mother can nurture 10 children but 10 children unable to take care of 1 mom when it was time to repay back.
Today is Mother’s Day. However the call for duty had made both me and my mom separated. I could not celebrate this meaningful day by accompany her.
I hope my mom will always stay healthy, always find happiness and have less worries.
Mom, you are one in a million. You are the greatest woman to me. No one can ever replace you in my heart.

What, blogger is monkey?
The parliament had start their meeting weeks ago and was telecast in TV. Shouting here and there as Big foot and monkey making the parliament look like a zoo...That was what most of the citizen saw. I believe our eye and ear didn't cheat us right?
Talking about monkey, it remind me that previously some "famous" people call blogger as monkey...OK...so we are monkey and everyone is monkey nowadays. Even Mahathir have his own blog now...So are we still monkey?
So many things happen nowdays among bloggers making us more careful about our posting. Who knows we might get behind those steel bars, right?

When Cheap Ticket Meet Disaster
Today we saw 2 amazing news; one good and another bad.
The good news is Malaysia Airline System had announced free ticket for 1 million seats starting today. It was way to late for MAS to tackle with low fare airline competition which had already been monopolize by AirAsia. However is better to be late than never. But what really shocks me was the advertisement where people will think that it was AirAsia advertisement. One of my friends had gone to AirAsia website instead of MAS after reading the news…So it is a good advertisement or does it mean to really harm AirAisa reputation? It is for you to judge it. I think MAS had just declare war with AirAsia. AirAsia respond with counter attack with another advertisement by calculating the difference of competitor "0" fare with their affortable fare. I believe AirAsia still manage to keep it cheaper... Anyway it remind me of how those 3 communication provider, Digi, Maxis and Celcom had announce jihad war by reducing price almost everyday...Hahaha..whatever it is, it will surely benefit the customer...
2nd news would be the disaster in Myanmar. Another huge shocking nature disaster in South East Asia and this time proven that our region is no longer free of disaster as what we study in Geography in secondary school. Malaysia must prepare for this disaster and what more important is to prevent all this disaster. We know that the weird disaster is causes by global warming and also careless creature on earth. Since we had been so careless and neglect the Mother Nature, let us try our best to make the earth a better place to stay. We do not hope that the world coming to the end so soon anyway….
OK. Today is Tuesday which mean I can work in the hotel room accompany with Desperate Housewife. Thought I am not the die hard fans of Desperate Housewife, but because I forgot to bring my Prison Break so no choice la. Anyway, Desperate Housewife episode always twist here and there and end with very meaningful message. Today episode end with a message that really can wakes us up from the Myanmar Disaster. “We become stronger from events that didn’t kill us”. No one can hide the sorrow for those life kills on this unpredicted disaster. So hand our help if we can and hopefully those victim, they grow stronger after the deadly accident that didn’t manage to kills them.

Keep Bleeding
My eye is sore, staring at laptop for more than 10 hours. My stomach is numb with same food every day. My mind is full with work matter. My car had passed the same road for months and what worst, I had now stayed in hotel more than my own room.
Since end of March till date, I had stay in hotel for 27 days. Staying in hotel mean nothing great to me now and it make me feels so homeless. Working until late at night make life more meaningless and tiring.
Now I am rushing against time, hoping life can be better after this. I can’t deny that I already lost interest and lost hope in this job. Facing terrible client, back stabbing ******, unhealthy working environment and tight schedule had causes this assignment turning from worst to f***king damn stressful. As expected, there is people resigning during this assignment and of course more and more people are now turning their head off about this assignment. I personally would like to pull out as soon as possible.
Now my life is like: Keep bleeding, keep keep bleeding in work
Frankly I am good in hiding my emotion and if I angry I will show it out no matter it was to my senior to anyone who make me angry. It had been years that I had not angry but this time around throwing files and slamming the door seems to be my choice of expressing my anger.
Tomorrow will mark yet another week of stay in hotel breaking my personal record of staying the most time in hotel. Seem like I will continue bleeding in work and bleeding with hotel …

A new chapter begin soon
Life is like a textbook which was divided into few chapter. Life start with an introduction where we are born and end with conclusion where human die. It had been lonh way for all of us who live in this world as each day may end up with suffering, struggling and sadness. However on the same time, we might find happiness, laughter and success.
As for me, I had come far enough for this 21 years. My struggling and success had all been frame up and will be my sweet sour experience forever.
When I was small, I was more a evil than an angel. I hate study and I hate school. I don't like to go to school and always cry. My attendance to school is less than 50% and my studies was sucks... Everytime I was in the school, i cry, making noise or create trouble. I remember, I was almost been thrown out from the school for disiplinary problem.
I hate study and that was reality but I like competition. Despite my bad result in primary one and two, I manage to climb up during my primary 3. For no reason I pass my 'Penilaian Tahap Satu' which entitle me to skip my primary four class and go straight to primary 5. From that moment onward, I know I shall not let my family down and I shall focus on study even I hate book so much...
After ending my primary school, another chapter start at secondary school. In secondary I was much into friendship, and more extra-cocuriculum activity. For me, what the use of education if I cannot survive with team of people. Despite my heavy involvement in 3 clubs and society and librarian job, i try to strike for academic excellent. I know without good academic result I will go no way as well.
Another new chapter start in TAR college. Moving from ordinary town of Klang to huge city of KL give me absolute freedom to do what ever i want. Beside study, my networking of friends grow bigger. Undeniable, the moment in TARC is one of the best I ever had.
The next stage was more promising, more exciting and more fun. With much competition and social life, I had neglected my studies. Actually I try to have good result like what i did in TARC but things was too late when I realize my result was not going to increase elsewhere. I focus on extra-cocuriculum activities and hope my employer will never see on my result bur more to my extra contribution that I had done to the community and the society. I know my move will never let me down. Before I graduated, I secure 5 jobs and there is more interview which I had to cancel. Things was fine and great.
The tertiary level education close its chapter last December and I finally graduated at the March convo. Everything was fine in work and both my social life. I enjoy it despite life getting worst and hectic.
Yesterday I paid for my ACCA fees and will sooner register at Sunway College for my ACCA classes. I know things will change and yet another chapter will begin. I getting tired nowadays. Too old to accept so many changes in life. I prefer to have simple life, calm and happy ending. When will all my chapter close and I can only have relax life?
Despite what i do in life might not be what I hope for, I know I need to do it for the sake of myself and family. I choosen my own path and here am I to continue walking. Today, in this blog, I open my new chapter, my working life with part time study. I know it will be another 2 months before I started my class but I just have to have a smooth transition period so I can make use of it.

Yesterday I paid for my ACCA fees and will sooner register at Sunway College for my ACCA classes. I know things will change and yet another chapter will begin. I getting tired nowadays. Too old to accept so many changes in life. I prefer to have simple life, calm and happy ending. When will all my chapter close and I can only have relax life?
Despite what i do in life might not be what I hope for, I know I need to do it for the sake of myself and family. I choosen my own path and here am I to continue walking. Today, in this blog, I open my new chapter, my working life with part time study. I know it will be another 2 months before I started my class but I just have to have a smooth transition period so I can make use of it.

Car Wash Day
Since working I had no time to wash any car and my silver car had turn into black color. Although i was suppose to work from home today, i decided to wash my car. I realize that there is no more car wash detergent so I go to the nearest supermarket to buy. My mom is asking me to send to those car wash shop and let them wash but I decided to wash myself for the sake of playing with water...hehe...OK..I know i look old but my mind can go immature sometime...hehe..
So i went to the shop and buy what i wanted and start washing...And now my car was sparkling and clean...hahaha....
OK...what more interesting is not my car wash but my shopping experience in the supermarket...When I queue up to pay for the things i bought, i saw this old pak cik(around 70 years old) behind me buying a track bottom and renoma brief...Ok look fine...Pak cik also need to look nice of course...But he seem hiding something with the track bottom he buy...haha...
When it was my turn to pay, the old pakcik put his stuff on the belt roller while the cashier is scanning my stuff...That was the time when the things he was hiding from the track bottom drop off and show off...wahaha....what u guess inside it? 2 tube of KY jelly and at least 4 pack of condom....Ok...I pay for my stuff and go off with a smile in my face...But what make me smile? because the pak cik smile, the cashier smile and those people behind the queue is smiling as well...
The pak cik is certainly brave...and of course alert about the dangerous of HIV...or maybe he just on the family planning....Ok...dun feel offence by this post...Guys, if u want buy it, just buy and dun pretend...nothing wrong with buying those thing right? haha....OK....I gonna polish my car now...see ya

A Sad Goodbye
Today is a weird day. A day where sadness fill the air...
I just come back from Johor and yet it was time for me to go back Klang to audit. My roommate was moody today. Maybe because we all had bully him since he come in and he already cannot stand it...hehe...sorry Nicholas....we just can't stop making fun of you...So sorry...
It was clear that he was sad today. With emotional song that he put, almost all of us in the house wanted to cry. He even bid farewell with me with sad song like "Chu Ni Ye Lu Soon Fong", "Ni Zhou Ba" and lot of farewell song.
Today itself had saw me going in and out of human resource department for few time. I might be normal but not for me...I had do what I had in mind and I believe what happen next will be the firm decision. I am glad I do my part, yet I feel I was to brave in what I had done.
Tomorrow, it will be a journey of suffering. No doubt the job in Klang is suffering yet I know I enjoy those suffering. I had once lost control of my temper and bang the door, which I still think it was funny. I just hope I won't bang the door for the second time because it is gonna be bad this time. For me, this task I really learn a lot. From time management to real audit, from accounting standard to stress management, all things need to be balance up. It really help me to prepare more for the ACCA paper.
It was now 10.15pm, and the air is cold, the sad song had make the environment so clam yet so sad. It was sad....and Nicholas, don't be sad for whatever reason...It was a short goodbye and not forever.....(Ok, I know it sound very gayish but we are not gay...haha)

Earth Day
Today is earth day and yet for majority of us, we didn't not feel that there is anything special about this day.
Since today I am so free, I wanna contribute my time to blog about Global Warming and what we can do to prevent it. We cannot deny the power of our Mother Nature. Since the tsunami on 26 December 2004, much of our country weather had change. We no longer can predict when will it rain and when will it be sunny and yet we still don't feel anything big about that. The weather didn't change for no reason. It was the sign of global warming.
Global warming did not mean we will have more sunshine and the weather will be hotter than before. Global warming is the increase in the average temperature of the Earth's near-surface air and oceans.
The causes of the global warming is the greenhouse gases on earth that will increase day and day. It will continue to circulate and hard to be eliminated. With our technology era, we are living in the environment that create more and more greenhouse gases such as CFC from our air-condition system.
Cut thing short, because I believe everyone is not interested on what causes the global warming but more interested on how it affect us. Please bear in mind, it does affect each one of us and we have to do something to prevent it before it was too late. Latest disaster in the world are early sign of what might we end up in times to come.
Both north pole and south pole ice are badly affected by the global warming. Iceberg had been reported to crack and separated from the main ice land. Our poor polar bear had lost their habitat. With more ice melting from mountain and ice continental from both north and south, it will mean more water on earth and we will end up higher sea level and more rain.
The recent flood in Johor for example can be link to Global Warming. We know that Johor had never have flood until last few years. We also notice major changes on our weather. It was predicted weird and extreme weather will happen in certain area. One good example that we can link to is thick snow fall in US and China this year. Beside that some country will experience major droughts. China for example experience bad droughts last year.
Human might not have good mutation as per animal. Do you know that the population of jellyfish and mosquito had increase rapidly as the outcome of global warming. Mosquito are much more stronger and able to live in the toughest condition. No wonder more and more new vector-born diseases are identified lately. For Jellyfish, it was reported that groups of jellyfish had attack 100,000 salmon fish in Ireland salmon farm. Imagine how many jelly fish you can get if the come in the group of 10 miles square and 35 feet deep...It will be more than billion. Believe me! Even shark can die or even a blue whale when they meet with this group of jelly fish. Less turtle in the sea to eat the jelly fish had causes the food chain to be disturb and the global warming had encourage the jelly fish to breed few times faster than before and what the best, one day when you were snorkeling, you can see jelly fish as small as your thumb and that is enough to kill or causes you to be coma for whole life...
Beside the rise of sea level and glassier retreat, heat wave will also occur. More weird disaster can be seen. See Inconvenience Truth if you want to know what will happen. Imagine tornado, tsumani, earthquake and volcano on the same time, where will you run to? Cross finger and pray you will be place in heaven?
Is time we make a change. Reuse, reduce and recycle. Go for greener option. Plant more tree, use less electricity, drive less or use cleaner fuel, bring your own container and use less plastic bag and food packaging, and support Kyoto Protocol.
We can make a different.
Never think our contribution is too insignificant. If you don't who else will protect this earth. It was predicted the worst disaster will destroy the earth in very short period. Why wait. Don't regret when it was too late. Save our cute polar bear.

Olympic, peace!
The Olympic Torch is in the town!
This Monday, we will see massive jam, lot of police, lot of people and 1 flaming hot fire that bring all country united under 1 game, The Olympic Game.
I am quite proud of China, first Chinese based country have the opportunity to organize this event and it was more proud that the torch relay will be carry out in Malaysia for the very first time in the game history.
As history had show, almost all olympic is spoilt with controversy, especially boycott and protest. This year, the lucky 08.08.08 Olympic also had seen so much interruption of political issue and sensitive issue.
At first, it was arguable that China is not an environmental conscious country but China had done so much to prove that the region is trying their very best to go as green as possible. Toward the games which was about 100 days from now, we saw more dramatic event. People are arguing about human right of China toward Tibetan. Undeniable, 2 country, 2 great leader, and 1 big games will never end up in nice way. Even peaceful country like Malaysia, *cough*cough* (which i don't think so), there is a possibility of protest or disturbance during the torch relay on Monday...Whatever, I just cross my finger and hope only the best for the games on August.
Back to torch relay, We will saw the torch relay start at Dataran Merdeka, (kinda near to my office, lolx) and run toward the KL garden near the Parliament, then Malaysia Muzium, rest a while in Merdeka Stadium, then pass by Olympic Council Building and then Pudu Jail, proceed to Times Square and Sg Wang area and straight to Menara KL. The torch will then go up the tower and of course coming down and was expected to end at KLCC. A total of 16.5km long relay to mark the very first torch relay in our country...
Worst Hotel
I don’t care whether I get sued for defaming this hotel, but I just have to blog this out as it was experience…
I was in Johore Bahru for audit and our client place us in this very “Spa” Hotel in Plaza Lien Ho, soon to be call Sentosa Plaza. The plaza is old but with some furnishing, I believe it will be a good place to shop.
Back to the story of the hotel, once we enter the hotel, we can sense there is no security in the hotel. Located inside a seventies plaza make it look so creepy. We check in the hotel and the fella at the reception counter gives us a remote control…Ok fine… Then the hotel looks like yellow chicken den for people to make love more than place for people to stay.
The room looks fine when we go in but our satisfaction didn’t last long. Mind you, we are given “presidential suite” with air-conditioning not functioning. Fortunately after few hour, the air-corn turn cooler… The toilet is so eerie. It makes me wanted to vomit everytime I enter it. The door is slippery, sticky on the same time as it was not been occupied for years. The bath tub had become blacken and worst part, it seems like got fungus growing on it. The hot water does not seem to work at the beginning but I was the white rat. Being the first to take bath, I really learn my lesson. The hot water turns to be boiling hot without warning. Shit! Almost get burn from it.
Minutes later I found that there is no water kettle for us, no phone and no freezer. Then I realize there is dead creature in my room. OMG. Is Siu Kiong dying beside my bed! Then I notice my bed sheet already got hole and they simply use another cloth to paste the hole…The more I do research in the room, the more things I realize.
No matter how, this is just not a hotel and my room is not a presidential suite. It really spoilt my mood for staying at “presidential suite” for the first time. Thanks client for your nice treat by placing us in presidential suite of “cheap” class hotel……oops…I mean hotel with spa…By the way, there is no swimming pool, restaurant, laundry, safe box, gym or whatever facilities you thinking off. One think I know, our sleep is entertained with sound of people walking here and there… One good think about here is we can watch TV show from Singapore…Only then I know that The Apprentice Show was sponsor by ACCA…. =,=”

Taboo
Today in the hotel, I manage to watch a documentary about exotic food or more to a taboo food. What is the most extreme food for you?
In Philippine, a delicious egg might turn out to be a disaster. “Belout”, an almost hatch duck embryo egg is consider famous national delicacy. Full with feather, vain, heart, beak, eye of a almost complete duck. OMG, that is just too taboo for me… In Philippine, this delicacy is consider normal food, as normal as hot dog in US. It was said to be able to increase the sexual ability for guys and ensure healthy sex organ among the gals. This food can be found in market, roadside stall up to 5 star hotel restaurants. The moment I saw them eating, I almost wanna vomit.
2nd dishes, let us went to Papau New Guinea. How about blood sucking animal been barbeque? Ok, we are talking about BBQ vampire. Since there is scare of food in this remote island, famous for nothing except virgin forest and untouched food, BBQ bat is consider the best delicacy here. The BBQ vampire comes nicely with other side dishes, the wetland tree maggot. I know Sarawakian and certain Sabahan love it as it taste like milk or majerin. So come Papau New Guinea and try the one and only one barbeque vampire. Ok…The gross part of all is seeing the big eye or the bat and the vampire teeth…If you daring enough try raw. It tastes as good as the barbeque one.
Ok, let fly to Korea for slimy food…Live Octopus. I mean raw and alive. Octopus is strong and can fight back even on your throat. Imagine that…They won’t die even it was chop to 100 pieces. Dip it into the traditional chilli sauce and just swallow it. If you are powerful enough, eat it alive the whole octopus. One Korean die after choking due to fighting back of octopus.
New York, develop city full of delicacy. Once in a year, the annual scary food cocktail party will be held in this city. How about 272 USD for a plate of scorpion? Crocodile meat, tarantula, worms, beetles, insects, testical, eyeball, lizards, and whatever gross food you can ever think off, you can get it here.
Ok…is real taboo food…ahaha…The most outrageous food I ever try is the cockroach been fried? How do I eat it? Thanks to one old chee chong fun aunty in Klang…haha…I was 6 years old by that time and I truly didn’t notice it until I bite it and swallow it down.
